The GREEN album is the best. It has all the great qualities that the blue album has, it presents them in a more cohesive way. Pinkerton is also GREAT, but in a lot of ways it doesn't sound like Weezer.

their first album "the blue album" is the only one i own i love every song on it ,their other stuff is ok but it not on the same level

definitely the Blue Album (aka. self-titled from 1994). they've just gone downhill from there.
