Though many people will argue me on this, Pink Floyd's Meddle. Not only does it have the harder One of These Days, it also has the folk Pillow of Winds and of course, the marvelous epic Echoes. The entire album has great instrumentals and lyics and comes together very well, despite the variety of songs.

I'd say Queen's A Night At The Opera and Led Zeppelin's debut album. Not a bad track on either one of those.
