There haven't been many groups with names that started with that letter. The only ones I can think of are X and XTC. They were both active in the late 1970s and 1980s. Most of the other artists with names that begin with that letter tend to be R&B or rap artists. Examples are Xscape, Xymox, and Xzibit.
