Rock and Pop

Ok.. when I play barchords (i think thats what they are called)

everything sounds good on the left hand on the fret, but when i start to move in to the middle it starts to sound like ****... Heres a sample of what I mean.. http://www.sendspace.com/file/fwpg53

Is my guitar supposed to sound like this? I KNOW its in tune, but how do i get a more stable sound.. The first 3 sounds are from the first string, Then the next 3 on the second, then I continue onto the next string.. Is this a normal sound or just a crappy guitar?

on a guitar, if u want to do one of those really loud squeals like, what Dimebag darryl or Matt Heafy of Trivium did, do you need anything special? or is it possible for all guitars with a whammy bar?

i need sum songs to download and i cant find like the top 100 of anything i like country pop and like rock!!!!!! and im gettin sick of the music i have!!! and i listen to the radio a lot and ill hear a song i like and they wotn say the name of it when its over and that makes me mad!! so i just like want a big list of songs or where i can get a list!!

I am interested in singers in the broad category of Rock and all its subgenres, from punk to heavy metal to rockabilly. I would like to know who you think has a very distinctive singing voice--a voice that you would recognize even if they were singing a gospel hymn or the Happy Birthday song.

Stuart Adamson (though he is dead, so I won't be hearing anything new from him)

There are others, but those are the ones that leap instantly to my mind.

Whose singing voice would you recognize? And can you tell me the bands they have been associated with, please, in case I have a hard time placing their names?

There is a song on the local christian pop/rock/rap station and i dont know the name of it. i think kj-52 sings it but idk. all i know that it has a guy rapping( that sounds like KJ-52 ) and a girl singing random stuff /notes..... and play that funky song. I thought the name of it was that funky songs... but idk if it is.

The commercial features a young guy that looks like Carrot Top, who likes to skii. The music sounds like late 70's rock , with heavy guitar chords and drums. It has no lyrics, just music.

I heard the song "Hey There, Delilah" that everyone who does the music section seems to LOVE.

Want to know how it made me feel? It made me feel like scraping my eyeballs out with a spoon. And so, I ask you, fans of "rock" (as you call those nail-scraping chalkboard bands), what is so great about that song? And why listen to it, when there are TRUE ROCK bands - like Skillet, Fireflight, or Kutless - out there for your listening enjoyment?

The only details I have is that it is:
a cheesyish rock-pop song
the video has a guy dancing with his chick and meeting his mates, etc in a club and all the way through it is viewed in a sort of spotlight
it's fairly recent
the main singer is weaing a hat
any ideas?
