I usually don’t waste a lot of sympathy feeling bad for those who didn’t care enough to stick around. However, there was always one that struck a nerve with me: Wendy O. Williams. She was the original riot grrl and one of the most intimidating women on the planet during her time. I’m sure the Chicago Police remember her fondly. During her last years, she went into seclusion while doing a lot of charity work for animals. A lot of stories came out regarding what was in her suicide note, but the recurring theme I kept hearing about was that she was depressed because she felt like she was no longer young and beautiful. Because she seemed so much larger than life, you wouldn’t have imagined such vulnerability. Kurt Cobain will likely be the odds on favorite here (my guess).

have you heard about all the evidence stacked against the likelyness of his suicide?

things like, the gun that he shot him self with was in his right hand and he was left handed, the last part of his suicde note was writen in diffeent hand righting. he had so many drugs in his body he would have struggled to pick up the gun pulling the trigure would have been impossible not to mension that he kept the gun locked up. the gun he used would have been to long for his arm to reach to the trigure and shoot himself in the head and his shoes were on.

anyone else got anymore or know anything more about it?

It's interesting how one person can pick up a standard, lifeless instrument, and breathe life and character into it.

List the names of artists who play the following instruments, who you can recognize from a mile away ...

Guitar
Bass
Drums
Keyboards/or Piano

My boyfriend ten years ago told me that in an interview, Jimmy Page admit that he had aquired his talent from satan in exchange for his soul, and that his music reflects this thru subliminal messages. Subsequently, Robert Plant, learning this the first time, was outraged he had done this, and said he would no longer be a part of it.

Anyone heard anything like this, or anything similar? It is likely my boyfriend had just heard a myth.

Steve's 1st guitar appearance was on 'The Yes Album', though he is depicted on the front cover of the US release of the 'Time and a Word' album. Peter Banks was still with the band up until that point.
Ricks 1st keyboard appearance wasn't until the 'Fragile' album.
Of the two pre Steve and Rick albums, what were some of your favorite songs?
