I pronounce it Ecks Tee See - the band formed prior to the drug street name came into existence
Band settled on the name in the mid 1970's and the street name of "ecstasy" was coined in California in 1984.

Considering that the word ecstasy was part of the english language long before the band formed, its safe to say thats how you pronounce it.
