OK!! here's the deal...
Me and my frndz are makin a small band...we have a drummer 2 guitarists, a singer... but the problem is that we dont no what to play... as in we no how to play our instruments really well... but when we get together it jus sounds like crap...and we dont no what song to play... basically cause this is our first band...
and were supposed to be playin someplace soon... now can someone give me ne suggestions as to how we can sound good or ne music that can help....or nthin...

Are these songs "Christian Rock"? Why or why not? What makes a song "Christian Rock"? To be "Christian Rock" does a song have to repeatedly hit you over the head with phrases like "God/Jesus is Great/Love", or "praise/worship Him"?

I am trying to think of a singer - all I can remember is a little bit of her music video - I can't remember the song or her name or anything. She's from the 80's era of music (think Taylor Dayne and Roxette) and she had long hair, down to her waist and it was either braided or dreadlocked....can anyone help me figure out who it was????

I have a tape or this song sung by a male vocal group, possibly from the USA and sounds very 60s. Similar to "I will follow him" by Peggy March, but sung by guys sounding a bit like 'The Association". Lyrics go: "His friends all say that since you went away he's been alone and blue. He's been athinking of only you. Why must it be this way?" and the chorus goes" You better get him (get him) get him (get him) Da da da! You better get him (get him) get him (get him) Da da da." I have been searching for this song on CD for years and no luck. Any ideas?

it's the instrumental one with the saxaphone.it's the part when the big truck is towing mc queen(the protagonist) at night,and some other cars come to make fun of the towing big red truck.they try not to wake him up by playing this song,which in turn makes him sleepy.
