I googled it, looks like an Eddie Fisher song. So I'd look at the places you look for music for him.

I think the song is called O Mein Papa. Maybe sites like Amazon has a CD in their store. Music stores might be able to help.

the song originally was a german song entitled
Oh Mein Papa but Eddie Fischer made it a popular hit song in the early 50,s

It was in the 50's and its by Eddie Fisher. You could try downloading it from Limewire or check amazon.com to see if its available on a cd to buy it.
