Persiana Americana - Soda Estero, is a really nice song to learn some typical spanish. Songs of Chayanne or JLo's spanish songs... I recommend you "Colgando en tus manos - Carlos Baute" is a VERY NICE SONG. Jesse y Joy, a nice group... You can search them in YouTube...
