First off, one of your guitarists should switch to Bass, or find a Bass player. You need a decent rhythm section (bass/drums) to NOT suck. If you are in a band together you must have similar interests. What do you guys like? Punk? Metal? Country? Learn an easy Green Day song or the Ramones. Just play and play together. The key is Rhythm, the beat.

Playing in a band is very different to playing by yourself because you have to listen and rely on other people. Playing together and getting all the parts to interweave and compliment each other is something you need to practice at.

Start off by playing something simple so you get used to playing together. Start off with a 12 bar blues like "Johnny B Goode" or "Blueberry Hill" for instance.
