He's just started learning the viola and the school are also going to teach him the recorder.

The viola is in the Alto clef and the Recorder is in the Treble clef. The middle note on the stave for Viola is a C and in the Treble it's a B! How on earth will he manage?

Anybody have any experience of this?

I just watched 1999, his "best" song, and it was stupid. People are all like, "He's better than Michael Jackson." He was following all the 80's trends, the music is not good with today. Maybe, back then. THAT is why Michael is better. His songs are original and they still work in our music world today! Plus, hes sold 750 million albums (out of 5) and Prince has made like a bajillion albums! MJ sold the most records. 350 concerts MJ scheduled were completely sold out. He has great dance moves. And has been a superstar WAY longer than Prince. Prince is not unique in a single way (Maybe his name, that is it). Prince is plain, obvious, and boring! What SUPPOSEDLY makes him better than Michael?!

Hello I am new at cello and I need a little help with locating the "frets" /notes on the neck. I have seen some folks have put sticky paper strips across the neck to mark where each fret should be. I was wondering if anyone has a cheat sheet (something I can print out or measurements) or guide as to where these fret markings should be so that I can mark them on my cello. It is a full size adult cello.

I think the live version is so much better than the studio. please tell me if you liked it before you watched it or you just saw it and really liked it. Don't worry, I swear it's extremely clean an cultural!

The studio music video is strange but in keeping. The beat in the live is so much stronger. can't keep tapping my feet. The five-sring bass is amazing, the fiddlers and the viola.
