Now for ten years we’ve been on our own
And moss grows fat on a rollin’ stone,
But that’s not how it used to be.
When the jester sang for the king and queen,
In a coat he borrowed from James dean
And a voice that came from you and me,

Thank you!

I'm looking for music this is similar to Jay-Z's song "Hard Knock Life" or like the the group Justice's song "D.A.N.C.E." (especially D.A.N.C.E.)

No offense but I have seen the answers you have given in the past and you are not too informative.

There's a song I have that I think is Nickelback, part of it goes would you ever really notice I've gone away.....
"well, I'm over the war, I'm over the hell over your at place. i'm over the safety, over the phone calls, over the rage. what A mistake."
It's a little bit on the mellow side and I'm almost positive it's Chad Kroeger singing.
I can't find lyrics for it anywhere.

it's even worse when said album happens to be from one of you're favorite bands. So what albums have you quietly put away while secretly wanting to tell the artists to take it back and start over again?

think it was ever played on the radio...but it is one of my favorite that they did....good luck...first correct gets 10 points...

If the sun ain't shinning bright
and the moon won't shine for you tonight
if the stars in the sky have gone away
and your feeling real low down today
if life gets hard to undstand
and the whole thing is getting way out of hand
come to papa
come and see your papa...

Always hear this song on Q104.3(Long Island boy here). It sounds like it is a live track. Has violins and horns, parts sounds like a soundtrack for a matador. Here is what I think the words are:
"Just the thought of seeing you, makes my mind start to think"
chorus:"You know I hope for, someting to find, and then I see your, face for awhile, you know I hope for...."

Can't figure it out. Thanx!

Which is the better album, Definitely Maybe or (What's the Story) Morning Glory?

Both are incredible albums and honestly I can't choose between the two.

How do you pronounce his name? I always say (CHAH-pin) but I know that's not right, that's just the way I heard it when I was 5 and watching It Takes Two with the Olson twins.

You used to hear the term "country and western music" alot which seems to me to mean that they are two different (also probably similar) types of music. So what's the difference--or is there one?
