Always hear this song on Q104.3(Long Island boy here). It sounds like it is a live track. Has violins and horns, parts sounds like a soundtrack for a matador. Here is what I think the words are:
"Just the thought of seeing you, makes my mind start to think"

I believe that is "Conquistidor" by ProcolHarem. That is an oldie but goodie.
