Both Tony Rich and Kevin Sharp released the song in 1996.
"Nobody Knows" appeared on Tony Rich's album Word's which was produced by Babyface's company Laface Records. I believe Babyface wrote the song.
The single appears on Kevin Sharp's Measure of a Man Album.
