I notice a few weeks ago that there is a new 7.1 of iTunes, but today saw that there is a other 7.1.1, can someone please help. If there is a new one 7.1.1 out there how is it. Is it okay to download

I saw a video on Fuse. There's this girl and she looks like Avril Lavinge but I don't think it her... She's like punk, and the video is about an emo girl stealing a boy from a geeky girl. They do all kinds of mean things to the geek, like throw her in the water and throw a golf ball at her.
