Is iTunes 7.1.1 okay to download?

I notice a few weeks ago that there is a new 7.1 of iTunes, but today saw that there is a other 7.1.1, can someone please help. If there is a new one 7.1.1 out there how is it. Is it okay to download

I haven't had any problems -- I always download my updates from Apple immediately.

I downloaded the new version. Nothing different. Computer is working okay.

yes i download it on march 17 and it is fine

NO! i had it and it crashed my computer and it brings way to much viruses
