How much is it to have someone remove split pickups and put in 2 humbucker pickups?

I am going to get a cheap bass guitar that will probably have split pickups or a regular single-coil pick-up.

Depends on the bass.

The cheapest brand a playmate, will cost bout 50 bucks.

One of the most expensive, like variax, can go up to 300 dollars, to put it in.

I'd say about 75~100 dollars on cheap ones.

Also depends on if the pickups will fit in the openings already in the guitar. You may have to have the body routed to fit the new ones.

i might think of so, you're able to do it on a 6string electric powered so technically it is going to be obtainable, yet speek to a bass participant, or refer to somebody at your community music shop(in case you have one) ;)
