someone changed my strings today....no fret buzz/string buzz, but on the bass strings, there are only two loops around the tuning post....on the treble strings there are three-four. is this bad news? will the strings slip? i have grover tuners. help!?

I am looking for the title\artist of a song that played on MTV a couple years back.. It had a talking stuffed animal dog with a cigar who had a mexican accent...
