Thats supposed to be all prodigys,, they are supposed to be very good! I think from australia? anyone have a clue who I am mean or there name? He told me the lead singer for coldplay recently gave them much props, an said he tries to see them whenever he is able to,, an called them his faovrite band ,, but the guy from work could not remember a name? can anyone help?

To prevent it from being stolen, I have removed parts of the bridge, closing and last few lines of chorus. I'm writing for my band called Random Inspiration, and it's composed to an acoustic pop genre with a little unusual beat. The asterisks show the parts which have been removed.

it's from the mid nineties, the guy singing it is male. it's a ballad of sorts, melancholy.,silently angry but resigned.
it begins (not sure if it's the second verse or the first):
my best friend took a week's vacation to forget her
his girl took a week's worth of value and left him
now he's guilt stricken solace with his head on the floor...

can't be held responsible
he was touching her face
won't be held responsible
she fell in love in the first place

for the life of me
i cannot remember
what made us think taht we were wise and we'd never compromise


that's about all i can remember.
any ideas? i think it was written in D minor.
