MY band at my High School is good as far as UIL but at football games they dont get he crowed pumped at all and the football team loses costantly maybe its the band. Everyone wants the band to play music that everyone knows. PLEASE HELP!

I have 3 toms - a 12", 13", and 16", and they're currently tuned to high F, B-flat, and low F....but are there certain notes they should be tuned to for optimum sound?

A while ago - maybe as long as ten years ago - Andrew Lloyd Webber was doing the rounds of the talk shows discussing a sequel to The Phantom of the Opera. It was to be set in New York, and I'm pretty sure Frederick Forsyth was working on the story. He even had a song or two.
