IM writeing an announccement for my school concert and the song is rocking around the christmas tree. All i have so far is: Rocking around the christmas tree our third seclection is a song enjoyed by famileys for many years. The words and music is by Johnny Marks and arranged my Mike story. This piece was origaly made in ....... Does anybody know when it was origally made? And do have and sources to find information about certain songs please help! Looking for a good jazz artist for a gift for a friend of mine. I know he likes music with a good tenor saxist and/or trombonist. He already has a lot of stan getz, t. monk, ray charles, louis armstrong, maynard ferguson, and chet baker. he likes chet baker, so maybe a similar artist?

This track is played in one of the club scenes of UK Queer as Folk when Stuart and Vince are out on the pull. during the scene you hear'old-sckool' style piano chords and a female vocal repeating 'Your sexy, your sexy'. The track is not on ether of the two QAF albums .

I have a co-worker that LOVES rap music with a passion. She puts that junk as loud as it is allowed at my job. I can't stand it! It is extremely vulgar, absolutely banal, very violent and is annoying after 3 hours of it. I feel like a jack-hammer is constantly hitting my head. I already hate being there, the last thing I need is listening to such "low" music. Rap does not promote knowledge, love or respect for one another. In most songs, women (and men) are seen as mere sexual objects and nothing less. Why would people enjoy listening to such horrible stuff????? What's the benefit????
