Turn off the computer, go practice a bit, and forget about it. At the performance, bet yourself excited, but not overly so. It helps you to have a bit of adrelenine. I had a cold on my 'debut' night with a little orchestra, but I was so excited that my symptoms all receded untill I got home and remembered I was supposed to be sick.
Surround yourself with people you know and don't think about how many people might be watching you. Talk to the lighting people to see if you can get a nice, bright light right in your face to block out the audience. Stay relaxed when performing. Tenseness can be heard very clearly on the piano, so it probably shows through in flute as well. Think about the music and try to put your soul into feeling what you think the music means.
Good luck.

Girl just enjoy it. Not many people get to be good musicians like you and have that experience. Just think that they are there for you and you are going to give them a hell of a concert.
Good luck girl, wish you the best!
Try and remember everything, this is your night!
