I can't read sheet music that well, and I'm trying to teach myself to play piano, and the piano has labels on the keys, so just knowing the notes would be sufficient. Thanks!

well, it depends on what key signature you want to play it in, but here is one way to play it:
cbcacbcacbcacbca
aaagfeeedcdddedcbca
abcdefed
abcdefed
cbcacbbcacbcab

Just look up the staff, the letters go (bottom line to top, including spaces) E F G A B C D E F, and the letters above or below the staff are alphabetically organized the same way.

Once you know that, you can fill in the notes on the sheet music yourself. It will help you to read music better.

P.S. It's how I learned to play the trumpet, and I got a 93 in music. Don't underestimate doing it yourself.
