In the chord you're supposed to have your first finger on the first fret of the (high) e and b strings, 2nd finger on the 2nd fret of g string and your 3rd finger on the 3rd fret of the d string (I tried to put in a tab of it but it didn't work). Anyway, my problem is that my fingers are small and I'm having trouble pressing down on the e and b strings with my first finger along with keeping my 2nd and 3rd fingers down. If anyone has tips or suggestions or anything please help! Thank you.

Coming from someone who *lived* the 80s, what is freaking me out is the seeming merits given to some of these joker bands 20+ years later.

I can tell you, the major culprits like:

Ratt
Poison
Europe (total one-hitters)
White Lion
Warrant
etc etc were all simply hacks that stole much of their schtick from *70s* glam rockers like Sweet, Bowie & T-Rex. All of them totally interchangeable & unoriginal.

By the late 80s, we were supersaturated w/ em...Like boybands in the late 90s.
Every last one of them did the obligatory "power ballad". It was such a huge cliche.

Am I alone here??
What truly scares me is the way many of today's under 30s who consider those bands "classic rock".

It seems to happen more often than NOT happen. Doesn't there seem to be more formerly good artists who have their testicles removed -- like Sting or Rod Stewart, than people who can remain good, like Dylan or Neil Young? It's SAD. But WHY??

I decided to start to play guitar and have no knowledge of music.
My main wish is to play for myself in short run but do something in music industry in future. Actually I wish guitar will help me to sing better, while playing it.
The type of music I like is mostly rock, pop-rock, alternative and classical music.
