These are some songs in other languages that were popular in U.S.:

99 Luft Balloons by Nena...it's German
Du Hast by Rammstein...German
Macarena by Los del Rio...Spanish

There are lots of bands in different countries that don't sing in English.

If you like punk rock bands, you can check out:
Wizo, they're German
Voodoo Glow Skulls, they have some songs in Spanish
Union 13, they have some Spanish songs, and they also remade Rancid's "Roots Radicals," translating it to Spanish
Les Thugs are French, and I think they have some songs in French

There have also been some popular songs with a line or two that were from different languages:
For example, the chorus of "Loser" by Beck says "Soy un perdidor" which means I'm a loser.
"Caress Me Down" by Sublime has a lot of Spanish in it, as well.
