I'm looking for some good songs. I listen mostly to Alternative, Hard Rock, and Metal so anything rock.

I was with my friends' kids this afternoon, and we made up a silly song. Tell me what you think:

The itsy bitsy turd pie
Went down the bovine's leg.
Out came the pee
And washed the turd away.
Out came a fart
And dried up all the pee
And the itsy bitsy turd pie
Went down the leg again.

BTW, the kids are 15 & 14. I'm 30. :-D

Can anyone recommend their favorite song(s) worth listening to? I'm open to many things but mostly listen to rock, alternative, punk, or (some) country.

I have a friend who sent a music demo to a major record company,he sent it certified mail.He has full copyright/sound recording of the song.A year later there is a song that is now on the top 10 charts.Same beat,same storyline,same ending to the song.The song was released by the same record company he sent it to.Though they altered the song alot.Can this still be proven in court.The song is by snoop dogg and akon,I wanna love you.His song is I wanna marry you.Is this something he should pursue?

I am trying to make a cd of various songs my friend and I used to listen to as a birthday present for her. I am racking my brain to come up with artists & songs that were our favorites when we were in middle school & high school. One band that I am trying to think of was a boy band that came around after New Kids on the Block. I think they originated from the Mickey Mouse Club, but I am not sure of that. Any help would be great!!
