I'm left handed and would like to know how to tell which hand does what for an instrument like: piano, guitar and drums. These are the three I'm interested in learning. I've played guitar before, but found out my left hand is better for strumming than picking.

Is all just by feel or is there a philosophy and method to it, any ideas or websites that explains this?
