Its depend Sweetie that in which country u r living ? or else in general you can give speech on Global warming, pollution, natural oil problem, Crush or Love, Terrorism etc... but choose a topic on which you have good grip on...

Should bands like Slipnot and Marilyn Manson be allowed to play and sell their music to people under the age of 18? If they are allowed to do so what will be the possible impact of them seeing/hearing bands like them?
