The song "sweet fantasy" by Mariah Carey was a remake, does anybody know the name of the person/group that originally sang the song? I know Mariah changed some of the words, but the beat of the song, stayed the same.

The artist is a female. The song is in the "Dance" category. The lyrics are different, but the music is exactly the same as "We Be Burnin'" by Sean Paul. She has (or had) a video on Yahoo! Music. I believe the song title resembles "Hallucinating," "Hypnotized," or something like that. The video featured choreographed dancing, and I believe the artist had blonde hair.

This song is from the 70's( I think). I Don't remember who it is ?!!
It goes", there's no way to know...what might have been...."
And, " cause we have taken different roads".........it's a love song.

I keep hearing this song on the radio, and as usual when you stand there and wait for them to announce the artist after the song is over THEY NEVER DO. Drives me crazy. Anyway, the guy sounds like he's singing into a recorder, but the only line I can remember is "I take too many pills, to try to ease the pain". Please if you guys know, tell me so I can stop singing that ONE damn line.
