Music - 27 August 2006

My band is in high school and is pretty good. We on average write 2 to 3 songs a month and sometimes even more. People say we sound similar to the Fray, and Ben Folds Five. We have a pianist who has been playing for 9 years, a guitarist who has been playing for 2-3 years and sings, a drumer who has been playing for 5 or 6 years, and a bass player who has been playing for 3 years. We are currently looking for a violinist for a new adition to our band. We have a pretty good amount of songs in our group and have played live for people we dont know 4 times. The most we have played for was around 700 people. Our band has been together since January 06. We have played for people we know about 5 times. And then every month, we play for my church sunday night. We are use to playing in front of large crowds but want to become known.

If you listen carefully to the beginning of The Wall, I think it is Roger Waters says something. It is very difficult to hear, but I think he is asking a question. The very end of The Wall he answers that question but again it is very difficult to hear. You have to listen very carefully to the first and last second of the album because it is very easy to miss. I doubt most Floyd fans ever even noticed because it is so subtle. Does anyone know what he is saying? thanks

when i look at the videos and see the dancers and the artist doing choreograpy I say to myself is that hard?
Is choreogray like counting? and will the choreograper teach you step by step?

I love indie, but i dont understand why other people cant stand it? Its nice to listen to, it doesnt have people screanming constantly and a lot of there songes are funny but still it is good music.
