If you listen carefully to the beginning of The Wall, I think it is Roger Waters says something. It is very difficult to hear, but I think he is asking a question. The very end of The Wall he answers that question but again it is very difficult to hear. You have to listen very carefully to the first and last second of the album because it is very easy to miss. I doubt most Floyd fans ever even noticed because it is so subtle. Does anyone know what he is saying? thanks

At he beginning of In the Flesh he says "We came in?". At the end of Outside the wall he says "isn't there?". If you join both it says Isn't there we came in?. I heard that it means that the wall (crisis, isolation, etc) is a cycle from a generation to the next one.

According to the The Wall album's lyrics, the first thing he says is "....we came in?" The last thing he says at the end of the album is "Isn't this where...."

At the beginning he says "we came in?"

At the end he says "Isn't this where..."

Put the tracks in a loop and what do you get?

Roger has a fascination with cycles, if you haven't noticed.

It sonds to me like it "...when we came in" but, it also sounds as if part of what he is saying was cut off. And again, at the end it sounds cut off. Sonds to me like, "...so this where"
