I play guitar in a 1950's and 60's cabaret band called 'Nostalgia Showband'. We play nothing but music from that era and do about 12o gigs a year. I play lead guitar. On stage my main guitar is a 1957 reissue Fender Stratocaster with an American Stratocaster as backup. I also have a Gretsch Duo-Jet and a 1968 Fender Telecaster and a Yamaha Jumbo. I did have a Gibson ES335 but sold it as it was too big and didn't give me the sound I liked. I have been playing since 1963 but you never stop learning do you? If you play, keep at it.

I just started to play an acoustic guitar, but then later once i can get the guitar to sound right when I play, I'll switch to an electric guitar bass.

Guitar, bass guitar, drums, keyboards, and trumpet. But I haven't played the last three in years so I'll probably be a bit rusty.
