Most people believe that singing talent starts from childhood. I have very amateur experience with singing. Can I possibly become better-enough to be considered talented?

hes my cousin... used to be a singer some know him some dont... i guess hes big in some country like india ive heard? and i guess he was a judge on the show gimme the mic... hahaha yes he has a brother named jimmy... and no hes not "the" jimmy page from led zeppelin (i wish). im 13 years old and i live in central p.a. and i sing all over the usa like las vegas,texas,california,flordia,ect.but i want something closer like since i live in pennsylvania so like west vergina,ohio,maryland.or even right here in pa.so do u know any compitions like close or in p.a. thank you so much for your answers!@!~

I've got to say, I've seen an awfull lot of awesome shows, but few can compare to Rob Zombie. Even his stripped down concerts are a blast. If I had to pick a runner up, I'd say Tool.
