as in, which bands have actually been the most popular in the world. for example, in the 60s it was the beatles and the stones. in the 80s it was the police. in some obscure point in the 90s it was no doubt. is there a list of these somewhere? and which is the biggest band now?

Might it contain solvents that harm the record? If it *is* safe for vinyl itself, what about picturediscs?

I think that they were underrated, But remember people this was in the 80's! No wonder they didn't like them. I LOVE the cult. I think that if they came on a little bit later then we would be listening to more of their Sweet, sweet music! Anyone Agree?

I have been asked as an assignment from my singing teacher to think up 30 "Ah" words (words that contain an "Ah" sound)... maybe I'm just braindead, but it's much harder than I thought it would be to think up that many! So far I have:

Arms
After
Ahead
Above
Another
Affection
Alarm
Charm
Calm
Balm
Harm
Harmony
Afternoon
Hard
Bastard
Father

I'm an Aussie, which will explain why some of those words don't contain 'Ah' sounds, if you have a different accent to me.

If anyone could help me think up some more, that'd be great.

If you saw the movie...did you ever go to a bar & play Bohemian Rhapsody & watch the entire bar bang their heads @ the "right moment"??!!

AND---did you ever feel bad for the kids who's only exposure to this song (or to that incredibly talented group!) was through that movie??!!!
