Well... it's not really a Hindi song but one of my all time favourite songs is The Child In Us by Enigma.
It primarily uses as Sanskrit chant but also includes part of a Mongolian folk song, Latin monastic chant and some English words.
Micheal Creto (Enigma) did a lot of this kind of stuff - taking traditional songs and turning them into something more modern. By far the most well known was Return To Innocence which was a massive worldwide hit and the theme for the 1996 Olympics. In this the chorus is a traditional Taiwanese chant performed by a couple who were in their late 70's.

I don't know the exact name but its from the movie Ka Ho Naa Ho. They have a lot of good songs in that movie.
