My little sister is going to turn 11 in October and she wants to have an iPod. That I'm okay with, but I don't really think that it's alright for her to have songs like "My Humps" and "Candy Shop" which in my opinion are for adults. She says that all her classmates listen to it! Sounds impossible? I checked. Most of her classmates are totally bananas!!! Their parents watch PlayBoy in their presents and even 8-year-olds talk about sex (when I'm not even sure if they really understand what they're talking about since they're so little). But that doesn't happen in my house... my parents aren't like this... I want my sister to have a normal childhood at least until she'd be 12. Now since I'm her older brother and I'm in charge of what songs to download for her on CDs and later on her iPod, I decided that just because her classmates are nuts, that doesn't mean she should be listening to songs like that at her age. I think it's sick.
How about u? Give me your opinion/advise.
