lost highway and eraser head, by david lynch. I thought lost highway was a great movie (dark but great). eraser head was just plain bizarre.

Omg! It was horrible. Nicholas Cage must have been desperate for a movie. That was horrible I wanted my money back.

Is it me or do movies get worse and worse every year?

A small groop of people go to a world where they are killed by their worst fear. A woman is afraid of bugs and one guy, a warior, is afraid of knives.
I think I saw it at the same time as Enter The Dragon at a Drive In

You know, the one you're embarrassed to admit you love. Mine would have to be Labyrinth (with Jennifer Connely, David Bowie and Jim Hansen's muppets).

I don't have cable, but I notice every night there is a great classic movie on Telemundo!!! Tonight, they're showing Scarface. I don't speak Spanish, and the other TV stations show lame crap! How can Telemundo get good movies and English language stations only have "Survivor" knockoffs?

I've been wanting to be a filmmaker since the tender age of 8. I've been writing scripts since I was 10 (although they were crappy back then). I come from a rough area so I'm VERY self sufficient and am a master of improvisation. I've been directing in front of some type of camera since I was 11. I had a 4.3 GPA in high school (advanced placement classes, extra credits) but decided community college was my best choice. I've been called a creative genius by spectators, but I think that's stretching it. Because of my lack of monetary provisions, I have read over 400 books on film and film theory to compensate. Does anyone have any pointers for me to get into my respective field? Thanks all =)

I was wondering if anyone ever sat and figured out the timeline of the movie, wrote it down and figured out the real chronological sequence of the movie and either burned it that way or found a way to track the DVD so that it fits chronologically? I had a friend that told me he saw it done once and the movie was actually kinda boring?

I know the first song in the ballroom scene is Bailamos, followed by Won't Let You Fall. However, I can't seem to find the Latin-inspired song Fergie sings right before Nelson (Richard Dreyfuss) orders the wine. It has very powerful instrumentals and a good beat. (For those of you who saw the movie, Fergie dances in a circle as a camera zooms in on her face, and then the audience screams in happiness after the song ends; the scene then shifts to Nelson who orders the wine). Any ideas?
