Better movies on Telemundo???

Question

I don't have cable, but I notice every night there is a great classic movie on Telemundo!!! Tonight, they're showing Scarface. I don't speak Spanish, and the other TV stations show lame crap! How can Telemundo get good movies and English language stations only have "Survivor" knockoffs?

Usually the reason for the movies on Telemundo is that they're old movies. Usually on saturdays if you go to UPN they'll have the same movies but not translated.
