The first scene, chronologically, in the movie has Vincent and Jules chatting in their car while on their way to do a job. The last chronological scene has Butch and Fabienne riding away from the hotel on Butch's newly acquired motorcycle (and the "last line" of the movie is therefore "Zed's dead, baby; Zed's dead." (Chronologically, the first scene would be when Christopher Walken's character (Captain Koons) visits the young Butch and gives him the watch.
The correct chronological order of the film is: Vince and Jules, The Bonnie Situation, The Diner (both parts), Jackrabbit Slims, and The Gold Watch.
It seems it would be VERY boring done in order.

if you enjoyed the movie the way it was in the first place then you probably won't enjoy it any other way. It's usually set up that way because it provides for the best viewing pleasure. If it was going to better in chronological order it would've been made that way

If it is boring that way why ask this question?
You would probably runout of presets on yoour DVD player to progan a DVD player to do that not to mention it would mess up the sound sync with the video sync. Not a good idea.

You can't put it in chronological order. The stories would intertwine with each other. Even if it was in chronological order I don't see how it would be boring!!

I have never heard of that. That wasn't Tarantino's style. Same with Resevoir Dogs. Any chance he was thinking of a movie called Momento?
