take for instanvce Ring. The Japanese film was awesome, and very scary. i haven't been scared like that for a long time. perfect film in my opioion. But hey, along comes some American company and remakes it! Do they not like subtitles? Do they not like anything that doesn't have english speaking in it? WHY?! and dark water! another classic. And The Grudge! Every time! WHY?! It annoys me when people say "I'm not watchng the origional because i have seen the remake".Sorry. This is more a rant than a question but I'm sorry, it's just its one of those things that really gets to me you know?

I was just remembering how good the Crash Test Dummies (I think it was called "Hmm Hmm") song was in Dumb and Dummer! Such a stupid but excellent film, the song was so appropriate for the film and the scene it was in!

You know the scene where Rufus (Chris Rocks character) is telling Bethany (the last scion) about how dangerous it is for people to have beliefs and that they should have IDEAS instead because ideas can be changed easier than beliefs? I think it's when they're on the train but I'm not 100% on that. Anyhow...I was wondering if someone who has the movie could please watch it and give me the exact quote of what Rufus says there. I don't have it but I saw it on TV last night and I really liked what he said and would like to have it written down. If you could help me out here I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

I can't believe I paid to see that. Did anyone else think it was unbearable to watch? I understand the message behind it, and I appreciate it. But they marketed it as a horror movie, so I thought it would be scary, not laughable.

umm im trying to remember the name to this movie i watched a long time ago with jim carey in it. and it was about him living in a ''tent'' which he thought was the world. and it had ''fake'' people in it. until afterwards he grew to realize that it wasnt a real place. idk i just cant remember the name but its from long time ago.

when i was 11 my cousin and i would take glitter from my granmas arts supply cache, we would go to the movies and sit behind people and sprinkle glitter all over there hair, lots of it, then once the movie ended we would wait out in the lobby with all the bright lights and watch them walk out, the glitter would shine and glimmer - we would laugh so hard til we would pee ourselves, i have never felt guilty about it
