I loved it, then again if Sean Penn's in a movie I'm not always very objective.

I didn't really get into it. It has been a few years since I watched it. However from what I can recall, at the time I think one of the reasons I didn't like it was the chopping and changing between the different times in the character's lives. I could just be me, but I thought it was done either too much or too frequent. Also the relationship that developed between Watts and Penn didn't seem right in some way. The acting was good but the execution of the movie wasn't quite right.

i'm actual the alternative of a drama fan- yet this action picture extremely touched me, and no matter if that's extremely difficult to soak up, I loved it. i imagine usually, one has to bow to Guillermo Arriaga, the author, as "21 Grams" good factors probably the ideal script i have ever considered. i wager the tale itself isn't that new, notwithstanding the way how that's performed is in basic terms staggering. the first, say, 1/2-hour are in basic terms scraps- moments in the lives of the three important characters that advise genuinely not something to the viewer (yet). including to that initial confusion is the very incontrovertible reality that those scraps are literally not in temporal order so as that in the initiating in my view I wasn't sensible i must have the capacity to adhere to- it changed into more beneficial like a music video that's in basic terms not making any experience in any respect. yet then the products initiate to go back mutually in basic terms superbly until eventually in the proper you will see that the completed image. oftentimes in those episode videos each thing comes mutually rapidly someplace in the midst of the movie, yet in "21 Grams" the viewer places the products mutually one after yet another- like a jigsaw puzzle, and each and each bit as gratifying even as each thing's executed. This truly is a masterpiece script-smart, and that i have not considered something like it. That stunning script is supported by using staggering actors. Sean Penn, Naomi Watts and Benicio del Toro are turning in the most convincing performing overall performance i have ever witnessed. Like even as Christina (Watts) screams at Paul (Penn) attempting to eliminate all of her anger, frustration, grief and hate: I oftentimes imagine those emotional outbursts do not look actual on demonstrate, yet in this action picture that's in simple terms deeply touching. i have not considered "Mystic River" yet, yet when Sean Penn changed into practically as good as he's in "21 Grams" then the Oscar ultimately extremely went to someone who truly deserved it. And Benicio del Toro extremely is each inch the superb actor his attractiveness claims (I said him for the first time yet had heard quite some him before, so i changed into very curious).
