when i was 11 my cousin and i would take glitter from my granmas arts supply cache, we would go to the movies and sit behind people and sprinkle glitter all over there hair, lots of it, then once the movie ended we would wait out in the lobby with all the bright lights and watch them walk out, the glitter would shine and glimmer - we would laugh so hard til we would pee ourselves, i have never felt guilty about it

It's just kid stuff. I mean it could be worse like if you super glued someone's seat. I'm just surprised you were never caught. It is kind of mean if someone had just gotten their hair styled and paid loads of money but for a normal person it's something to laugh at.
