It was a horror film that I saw about 18yrs ago.
It was about a toy clown that was meant to be burried with a girl, but i think the guy from the undertakers stole it for his daughter (one of the girls used to be locked in the cellar - I think).
In the end the clown was thrown into the ocean.
I know this description is vague, but i'd love to see it again so need the name of it.

I still dont get much of this moive, so is the reason why silent hill is like that is because that little girl who was burned joined up with satan to get his revenge on the people who hurt her? what are the people and that guy with that huge sword? just trying to make sense of the movie

Clint should make another Dirty Harry movie...maybe even kill him off at the end of it but it should be made to tell the rest of the story and give the whole series before it a bit more depth.
