IDo movies really desensitize your surrounds and your environment.?
I can see where seeing the same horror movies over and over would make it seem less scary the next time you have a get together with friends that haven't seen the movie before.

How much are we desensitized?

Does it make the scary thoughts less when we see something on TV news that is disturbing?

Does it make us become number to violence?
Kids, (not mine), play video games of hunting other people or Grand Theft, not that these games don't offer a thrill adventure ride for the playing,
BUT >>>> What age should kids be allowed to see it all?

It stars Ali MacGraw. A very hot chick from the '60s. Have any of you seen the movie. How was it? I'm thinking about buying it on DVD.
