A movie called Eraserhead is without a doubt the weirdest movie ever. It's not even a movie really. It's like an hour and a half long Tool music video. I liked it, but most people probably wouldn't.

Bad Boy Bubby. It is now on DVD.
I found Bad Boy Bubby after searching high and low to discover the source of a sample used by one of my favorite bands (Deutsch Nepal). While the movie is sometimes disturbing and unsettling, it is quite a feat of bravery in filmmaking. It's no wonder the film remains underground, but it does deserve to be released officially on DVD. Nicholas Hope gives an outstanding performance, as does Claire Benito and Ralph Cotterill. I don't want to spoil the plot of the movie, but be ready for some saddening depravity, mixed with childish curiosity and some innocent but twisted murdering. Bad Boy Bubby is a must see for any fan of alternative/underground films.

Blue Velvet is the weirdest movie I've ever seen. Others will like it too because of the weirdness factor. Dennis Hopper is in it.

Plan nine from outer space
No. They combined aliens, vampires and zombies into one movie and it did not work.
One of the actors died partway through the movie, so the next actor had to cover his face the entire time.
The scenes would switch from day to night and they used the same clips over and over again.
You can see the strings on the ufos.
It is really bad, in a funny way. It's funny to watch, even though it was meant to be a scarey movie.

I Spit on your grave.(1978) I saw it while on duty in Iraq it is an old but good movie. It is a bout a woman who was brutally raped by 4 men a seeked revenge. There is a real graphic Lauraina Bottet moment.
Men will squirm a little but love it. Women will be pumping thre fist in support

Raymond Chow's KUNG FU HUSTLE may be considered too off-beat for the typical USA crowd.
Not as "weird" as ERASERHEAD for example, but K.F. HUSTLE is just so off the beaten path that you can't help but wonder how in h*ll would a film with so much un-common "things" happening be so successful?
I think it's because it is not trying to take itself too seriously that it works out in the end. Sort of like a cartoon in real-life setting, with so much material and action crammed into one film that it just becomes totally "out there".
Deffinatly NOT for the average film consumer!
Cheers

eyes wide shut, starring tom cruise, and nichole kidman. this is the last film by stanley kubrick. the theme, those sexual orgies by cult people, tom cruise's weird experiences, in a hazy atmosphere, on his night out, when he is disturbed, thinking that his wife slept with another ! those masked balls are matchless, competently handled by kubrick. another movie of his, a clockwork orange, much criticised, once banned in u.k., is also a master piece, won awards, considered a mile stone. it's terrific.
we are talking of weird movies here, not horror, and these two fit the bill.
