It was a horror film that I saw about 18yrs ago.
It was about a toy clown that was meant to be burried with a girl, but i think the guy from the undertakers stole it for his daughter (one of the girls used to be locked in the cellar - I think).
In the end the clown was thrown into the ocean.
I know this description is vague, but i'd love to see it again so need the name of it.

Okay, I searched for this movie, here is what I found.

Dolly Dearest is about a family who takes over a toy factory. I honeslty wish I could help out more. Maybe do a search online.

It was Ghosthouse. the clown in IT wasn't a toy and it didnt end with them throwing it in the ocean. This link has the whole movie description.
