I dont remember who said this or what movie or tv show but maybe someone can help me..
It seemed like an Italian like accent..

thats about all i can remember but i have been trying to remember where the hell i heard it

all though i know it wasnt Dom Delouise i seem to remember a guy in this movie that seemed a little like Dom and he was clapping his hands while saying that quote.

Im trying to think if that line has been limited to ONLY one tv or movie throughout history????? 3 goods followed by a very good--very rare vocabulary--hmmmmm

i think so many people have said that,and in so many movies and serials.
its pretty tough dude. help us by being more specific
i understand that sometimes you remember some words and do not remember who said it, and such a famous line and so simple....your mind seems stuck.
but am sure you will get to know about it.
