She is ok with me seeing it but not on the big screen because of the violence. But I don't want to wait almost a year to see it on DVD. What should i do? If you could give me a review on the violence that would talk my mom out of her "no", i would deeply appreciate it. PARENTS ESPECIALLY!!!

Are they running out of ideas to make motion pictures about. The original motion picture 'The Omen' was the top of the line in film making. How can they possibly improve or compliment the original?

it had a character named cory webster and he had a girlfriend named krissy and krissy's brother didn't want her with cory and stuff. Cory enters in this downhill race thing called the L.A. massacre and he wins it. I liked this movie and was wondering what the name of it was.

It's the film version of the 1981 Broadway musical about a Supremes-like group. It starred Jennifer Holliday singing "And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going". The December release movie stars Jamie Foxx, Beyonce Knowles, and Eddie Murphy.

They are still freaked out from watching "Saw". They seem fine when they are watching it. And I've explained to them several times it's just make believe. Any suggestions?

When my children were little I had a rule that we did not leave the movie theater until all the credits were over. I told them "All those people worked hard to make that movie so the least you can do is sit there and read their names". :-) We would read the names, see if we could find our last name, laugh at funny ones, etc. The REAL REASON I did this was I did not want to navigate through a crowded theater with two small children and then fight the traffic in the parking lot, but it became a habit.

Yesterday, my adult son and I went to see X-Men. As soon as the credits started to roll everyone got up and left, but we sat there from habit like when he was little. After the credits were all over... all of a sudden the movie started again WITH A SURPRISE (to us) ENDING. Then the lights came on and we were the only ones in the theater. I wondered how many other people sat there and found out what was on after the credits were over?

In the new, animated movie "Cars" (I haven't seen it but saw a trailer for it), why did they put the eyes in the windshield instead of using the headlights? When most people look at the front of a car, they see the headlights as eyes and the grill as the mouth. It just seems a little strange to me to have eyes in the windshield, even though I guess it was easier to make them move and be more expressive. Opinions? Thoughts?

I saw a movie on tv a long time ago about a little boy who was really quiet but good at video games. I think he ran away with some other people (siblings?) and went to a competition. There was a new Mario game out and they raced to see who would finish first. Wow, sounds like a lame storyline, but I've always wondered what it was!
