i saw this skater movie and was wondering what the name of it was?

it had a character named cory webster and he had a girlfriend named krissy and krissy's brother didn't want her with cory and stuff. Cory enters in this downhill race thing called the L.A. massacre and he wins it. I liked this movie and was wondering what the name of it was.
