I'm not talking about a device or focus which actually contains the power, as Iron Man's power is in his armor, or as Green Lanter's power is in the ring. And, not just a physical mass for the transmission of kinetic energy impact, like Captain America's shield or Thor's hammer. Cyclops' power is uncontrolled and unuseable unless he has his visor on. Any other heroes' like him...?

Okay, open it up to villains, too. There are probably more of them.

My favourite is Guy Gardner. The reason for this choice is the simple fact the Guy Gardner is such a self-centred, egotistical a**hole that it makes me laugh. There is no funnier GL anywhere, ever.
